3 Waiting / Serving Staff are required for 80+ Guests and 2 Staff are required for for 50+ Guests, they are paid to a maximum of 5 hours from time of arrival, any time over is $20per half hour/per person. Due to legal regulations, we will not be liable for any other food items that are not provided by Burrows Caterers. Due to health and safety requirements, all food is to be kept in the fridge at the responsibility of the host. Chafing dishes for hire $25 per dish includes buring wax, for take away. Free Delivery within 5 km, extra charges apply

The order to be confirmed by email with the details of the occasion. We need access to the venue a couple of hours earlier, staff will be there to replenish the dishes and clean the kitchen after use, serve if necessary or as requested, additional cost incurs for any additional work. Orders cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of total cost. Crockery, cutlery and glassware available on request.
